Roaring Water Lodge, has been renamed Heir Island House, specialises in group retreats and B&B services. Room types vary between twin rooms and double rooms with sea views to the north and a view of orchard from our south facing rooms. Here at The Lodge we pride ourselves on our food offerings and bringing you the best of what West Cork produce has to offer, we provide a choice of breakfasts to suit all dietary needs and can also provide a lunch and dinner, for groups and individual guests can avail of packed lunch to take away on their travels. SELF CATERING ACCOMMODATION

Heir Island Retreat has glorious uninterrupted views west towards Long Island and Schull. The airy and light filled building encompasses a purpose built studio and self contained apartment with a spacious bedroom and living accommodation. The Retreat sleeps a maximum of 2 people (twin or double ensuite). The studio is an inspiring place to practice yoga, to meditate, play music, write and for many things not imagined yet. Kinard is a four bedroomed cottage for rent, with a bathroom downstairs and a shower room upstairs, tv area, open plan kitchen with dining and sitting room area, utility room and sunroom.
